                                            Pasture/Stocker cattle program

If you run grass cattle, stockers on wheat,  your own growing yard, or feed cattle in various feedlots, then the PRO-PASTURE VII PROGRAM can save you time and money. Designed to track cost and performance for each lot of Cattle in Pastures, growing yards,  or Feedlots. 

PRO-PASTURE VII is a all new windows program. Multiple types of pasture rent can be calculated,  $/HD/MO,  $/Cwt IN/Mo, COG, $/HD/Day plus caretaker charge.  Daily feed and  fees can also be entered.

Multiple pastures or locations can be setup. Each location can be identified with a 6-digit code.  Lot ID's can have a maximum of 8 digits, numbers, letters or both. Locations can have 128 lots.

Account ID's can be setup for each owner or types of cattle, Steers, Heifers, Grass Cattle  or Wheat Stockers. Lot ID can start with a different letter for each class of cattle  or buyers. Reports can be run by Account ID or lot pattern. This provides you with unlimited report flexibility.

Data does not have to be entered on a day by day basis. Head days and pasture fees are calculated on demand. Weights are increased at the same time. Partnership lots can also be setup, charges are divided during the UPDATE procedure. Yardage and pasture charges are calculated once a billing period.

When tracking cattle in feedyards,  there is one input screen to enter Feedbill data.  Head days are calculated by transaction dates.

The PRO PASTURE VII PROGRAM  is user friendly and easy to startup. Existing data can be entered in a single startup screen. Individual buyers can be tracked for analysis by buyer. Reports are flexible and offer the options of running by individual accounts or lot pattern.

PRO PASTURE VII  is an all new windows format. All reports can be viewed on the screen or printer. Pop-up screens throughout the program make data input easier.

NEW FEATURES include the options to calculate interest on fees, feed charges and  CATTLE NOTES. This option is setup by individual accounts. CATTLE NOTES can be setup for individuals. Interest is calculated when the lot is closed.

PRO PASTURE VII can track your inventory and cost. Provide reports for customers, bankers and owners. Commodities, rations and drugs can be entered. Processing and medicine costs can be tracked. PRO PASTURE VII also interfaces with PRO MED 2 hospital treatment program.

The Historical Lots option provides for complete analysis of closed lots. Reports in this section are user defined and allow you to search for specific items in the report. Closed lots can be deleted or moved to the Historical files.
