Software Products
We have been writing feedlot applications for the last 30 years. Times have changed and we have adapted our software for those changes. We currently offer many different applications for many purposes, below is a brief description of some of our software products, be sure to follow one of the links on the right if you would like more information on a particular product.
Pro Feeder
Pro Feeder is our flagship product. Pro Feeder has all of the features custom feed yards use, prepaid grains, feed finance, cattle notes, partnership lots plus much more. Number of pens can exceed 1,000, active and closed lots almost unlimited. Pro Feeder is Lot Accounting, all feed, costs, head days etc are stored by the lot. Multiple reports by lot and by pen. Feed bills and Closeouts by the lot. Multiple billing periods can be open at the same time. Feed yard can track incoming grain tickets and there is medicine section to track treatments by the lot. Feed Bills and Closeouts can be converted to PDF format for emailing. Interface with Digi-Star scales is also available.
Pro Mini
Pro Mini is for background feed yards and large private feed yards. Number of pens can exceed 1,000, active and closed lots almost unlimited. Supports partnership lots. Pro Mini is Lot Accounting, all feed costs, head days etc are stored by the lot. Multiple billing periods can be open at the same time. Feed Bills and Closeouts by the lot. Private Feeder
Private Feeder is for small private feeders, 20 pens maximum. One owner per lot. Feed can be entered daily or anytime during the billing period. Private Feeder is Lot Accounting, all feed costs, head days etc are store by the lot. Feed Bills and Closeouts are by the lot. You can track incoming grain tickets and there is a medicine section to track treatments by the lot.Multiple billing periods can be open at the same time.
Pro Pasture
Pro Pasture can be used for tracking cattle in various locations, pastures or feedlots. Also, can be used as a back grounding program for cattle, before they go to pasture. Data does not have to be entered on a daily basis, head days and yardage is calculated on demand. Pro Pasture is Lot Accounting, all feed costs, head days etc are stored by the lot. There is an input screen to enter feed bills for lots in other feedlots. Pro Pasture also has the option to track grain tickets and a medicine section to track treatments by the lot.
Cattle on Feed
Cattle on feed can be used to track cattle on feed at other feedlots. Each feedlot , where the cattle are located, is given an ID. Each feedlot , where the cattle are located, is given an ID. You can use the feedlots lot number. Lots can be individually owned or partnership lots. There is an input screen to enter feed bills for the lots. Reports can be run for all lots or for only lots in one feedlot. Multiple reports, including Closeouts are available to track the performance of individual lots.
Pro Harvest
Pro Harvest or Grain Harvest can be used to track commodities, corn, wheat etc, by field and owner, renters etc. Individual loads are entered, discounts can be setup and each load is adjusted based on the moisture. You can have up to 8 owners per field. Storage locations are setup by the user. Inventory can be moved between locations, out tickets track sales. Reports can be run by the field, commodity or individual owners. Yield totals are broken down by owners.
